Bitumen draining in stone mastic asphalt mixtures has become a potential problem. Due to the storage and laying temperatures as well difficulties providing necessary compaction, of mix cannot be lowered prevent or reduce drainage. In asphalts, generally cellulose mineral-based fibers are preferred down bitumen. Conventional commonly used increase pavement costs because they expensive. The aim this research is investigation textile waste bitumen drainage problem pavements instead traditional fibers. Following determination content, Marshall Stability tests, Schellenberg test Indirect Tensile Strength tests were conducted evaluate mechanical properties comparison mixes containing waste. results indicated that it possible produce with exhibits similar including fiber.
